War Veteran Injured by Chemical Weapons Attains Martyrdom in Qazvin

TEHRAN A war veteran injured by chemical weapons has attained martyrdom in Qazvin.

Martyr Sadeqbeigi was born in 1966. He had three children. He suffered from 35 percent disabilities in his right foot, left hand and stomach due to injuries he received in 1988 during the Iraqi-imposed war.

The Iraqi regime, supported by the U.S. and some Western countries, launched chemical attacks on Iranian troops and injured many people during the war.
