TEHRAN - One of the officials in charge of the Cultural Heritage Organization Pazoki announced that over four million people visited Tehran museums and historical monuments last year.

He added that almost 35 museums exists in Tehran which are being directed by the CHO, Tehran Municipality, Mostazafan and Janbazan Foundation, and some other directed by universities and other institu

He mentioned that five museums out of the museums which are directed by the CHO such as museums of Carpet, Abgineh, Reza Abbasi, Iran National and National Arts, are totally professional.

Moreover, he stated that the 3 palaces of Sa'dabad, Niavaran, and Golestan in which there are some museums with different subjects, are also under the supervision of the Cultural Heritage Organization
