RAMSAR -- Mohammad-Mahdi Shah-Hosseini Advisor to the Education Minister said here on Monday that Pupils News Agency (PANA) was to formally start operation in September per an agreement reached with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

Shah-Hosseini told IRNA on Monday that 5,000 students will get PANA membership, and will also serve as honorary staff of IRNA.

He said PANA is to carry news and events related to Iranian pupils and the youth, adding that in future the agency will cover international news as well.
