Film Director Ali Shah-Hatami, in a brief telephone interview with the TEHRAN TIMES, corrected a news item published in the August 22 edition of the paper, erroneously attributing production of the two films to the Art Bureau of the Islamic Propagation Organization.

Ali Shah-Hatami is a prominent post-Revolution director and producer, and is widely acclaimed for his films about the Sacred Defense.

The Honorary Diploma was awarded to his ****Shrapnels in Peace**** screened at the competition section of the Iranian Cinema at the International Children and Young Adults Film Festival held in Isfahan in 2000.
