SEOUL -- A collision Sunday between a commercial fisher and a possibly overloaded boat of pleasure Anglers killed at least four and injured six off South Korea, local media reported.

The pleasure boat was carrying 19 guests, which authorities said could have been more than maximum allowed capacity. One of the guests was missing.

Visibility was poor at the time of the collision outside Kunsan harbor, which lies about 200 kilometers south of Seoul. Visibility was described as poor, DPA reported.
