Worldwide rallies in solidarity with Palestinians, condemning Israel’s war on Gaza

Demonstrators around the world have rallied to mark the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People condemning Israel’s war on Gaza and calling for a permanent ceasefire. Protests were held on Wednesday in Manila, Tunis, Tehran, Karachi, Beirut, Harare, Tokyo, Stockholm, London, Johannesburg, Quezon City, Milan and elsewhere. The International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People is observed on November 29 each year to mark the anniversary of Resolution 181, when the UN General Assembly on this day in 1947 adopted a resolution to partition Palestine into two states.

People worldwide stage pro-Palestinian rallies

TEHRAN- In the wake of a 4-day cease-fire between Hamas and the Israeli army, people around the world took to the streets and marched in order to show their solidarity with Palestinians. During the cease-fire, people in cities across the globe held rallies and demonstrations to call for an end to the violence and an immediate halt to Israel's occupation of Palestinian territories. Many also expressed their support for the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement, which seeks to pressure Israel to comply with international law and respect Palestinian rights.

Huge crowds, including 2 million Indonesians, around the world call for ceasefire in Gaza

Millions of demonstrators rallied in cities in Europe, U.S., the Middle East, and Asia on Saturday and Sunday to show support for the Palestinians as Israel's military widened its air and ground offensive on the Gaza Strip.
