FRANKFURT (Reuters) -- SAP intends to buy India's YASU Technologies, a software company with 120 staff, for an undisclosed price, it said in a statement on Wednesday.

Privately held YASU specializes in business rules software, which helps companies act in line with defined goals or constraints and be more efficient.
SAP, which this month agreed to buy Business Objects for 4.8 billion euros (6.8 billion dollars) -- its biggest ever acquisition -- said buying YASU was in line with its broader strategy of organic growth and small acquisitions.
