TEHRAN - Mahmoud Mashhoon was chosen as Iran's Basketball Federation (IBF) President for another four-year term.

In the General Assembly held at Azadi Basketball Hall on Monday, Mashhoon was elected as the IBF’s president for the third successive edition.
Iran’s basketball team has won the Asian Championship in 2007 and 2009 under Mashhoon’s presidency
