KUWAIT CITY A Kuwaiti bride was gunned down less than four hours after her wedding by a man whose marriage proposals she had spurned, newspapers said Tuesday. The 48-year-old woman, identified only as NB, was ambushed with her new husband at their home and shot five times in the head by a Bidoon (stateless person) who had been refused her hand in marriage.

The woman managed to inform her husband of the killer's identity before the slaying, detectives said. (AFP)
