TEHRAN – The share of petrochemical products from the country’s total non-oil exports rose to 41.51 percent in the first four months of the current Iranian calendar year (March 20- July 21, 2016), IRIB news agency reported on Tuesday.

Iran exported $6.769 billion worth of petrochemical products, weighing 13.684 million tons to other countries in the mentioned period.

Petrochemical products accounted for 35.52 percent of the country’s total non-oil exports in the same period last year.
