The first human resources day was celebrated on April 14th, 2018 at the House of Intellectuals of Human Sciences. Many pioneers, professors, enthusiasts and human resources activists participated in the ceremony which coincided with prophetic mission anniversary of the holy Prophet Muhammad (S) and the birthday of the national poet Sheikh Farid al-Din Attar Neishabouri.

 The ceremony began with the national anthem and recitation of verses of the Holy Quran followed by a welcome speech by Dr. Lebadi, secretary of the Committee for the Empowerment of Human Resources Managers Association and Executive Director of the National Human Resources Day.

Mr. Javad Mahjub, Head of the Association, presented a report on the process of networking and network development, organizing more than 800 meetings on virtual experience exchange in cooperation with professors and domestic and foreign experts, preparation of glossary standards and recruitment in collaboration with Technical Committee of the Management Faculty of Tehran University and its approval in the National Standard Committee.

Then Mr. Amir Mansour Fard Behbahani delivered a speech on "new mind, new language, and new vision for human resources new performance." The ceremony was followed by a few traditional music and religious songs by Mr. Ali Sedighi Rad.

Second session started with a speech by Dr.Gholam Reza Khaki on “teachings of Hoopoe’s Leadership Method in Mantiq al Tair" by displaying a clip.

Professor Aryan Gholipour was the next speaker. He stated the reason of choosing Farvardin 25th (April 14th) for human resource day in his speech under title of “distinguished features of Farvardin 25th as human resources day”.

Mrs. Dr. Nasrin Jazani, Professor Nasser Mir Sepasi, and Dr. Esfandiar Sa'adat, three pioneers in HR management, were honored for a lifetime efforts on writing, teaching and research in the field of human resources during the ceremony.

Mrs. Maryam Hantoushzadeh, Dr. javad Abgoun, Dr. Vahioallah Rezaee Nosrati also received awards for performing virtual lectures and Mrs. Pearhadi for her high sense of responsibility and commitment.

Mr. Mahdi Motaei, designer of poster for national day of human resources, and Mrs. Somayeh Babaei, designer of association‘s logo, were also appreciated.

At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Ebrahim Sheikh Nayeb, vice president of association and Tehran municipality’s HR deputy director presented a report on Tehran municipality’s human resources situation, and the improvements that have been made in this area and the resources saved in favor of Tehran citizens.

The ceremony ended with reading and singing of National Human Resources Day’s resolution.
