New Jersey Woman Sues Son for Lottery Winnings

MANVILLE, N.J. A New Jersey woman has sued her son, claiming he owes her half of his winning $2 million lottery jackpot, her lawyer said. Phyllis Klingebiel and her son Michael had chipped in $20 apiece every month for 10 years, and he had been buying lottery tickets for them both, said her attorney. But the son has refused to share his winning ticket from the Oct.2 drawing, claiming it all for himself and his wife, the lawyer said.
