Iranian, Russian oil, gas companies to hold meeting on May 8

TEHRAN – Iran and Russia’s oil and gas companies are due to gather in a meeting on May 8 to discuss future cooperation, Shana news agency reported.

As reported, the Russian companies’ representatives which will be visiting Iran to attend the 23rd Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition (Iran Oil Show 2018) are due to meet with senior Iranian officials at Espinas Hotel in Tehran.

The meeting is aimed at exchanging experiences and transferring knowledge in line with the signed agreements between the two countries in this area.

Amir-Hossein Zamaninia, the Iranian deputy oil minister for trade and international affairs, and Levan Dzhagaryan, Russia's ambassador to Tehran, along with the representatives of Gazprom, Lukoil, Zarubezhneft and Tat Oil are among the attendees of this meeting.

Iran Oil Show 2018 is running during May 6-9 at the Tehran Permanent International Fairgrounds.
