Elsewhere in his remarks the official said Khuzestan exported $3 million worth of handicrafts in the previous Iranian calendar year 1396 (March 2017-March 2018).

Iran exported $280 million worth of handicrafts last year, the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization announced in May.
