IRGC forces disband terror cell in Saravan

TEHRAN – The Quds unit of the IRGC Ground Force on Wednesday announced that its forces had disbanded a terrorist cell in the border region of Saravan, Sistan-Baluchestan Province, earlier in the day.

“In the early hours of today, a terrorist cell affiliated with hegemonic powers was faced with the Quds Base warriors’ vigilance and was disbanded during a clash,” it said in a statement, Mehr reported.

It added members of the terrorist cell were seeking to enter Iran and commit acts of terror, however seven of them were wounded or killed during the clash.
