TEHRAN – The Bidel Dehlavi Foundation in Iran and the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to enhance literary cooperation.

The MOU was inked by Bidel director Hadi Saeidi Kiasari and the union’s director Ulykbek Yesdaulet during the Eurasian Forum – the International Conference on Quality Assurance in Education, held in Astana on September 20 and 21.

Programs to introduce Persian and Kazakh literature to the literary figures of both countries have also been planned in the MOU.
