Omid Souri named Iran tennis coach

TEHRAN – Omid Souri will lead Iran’s men national tennis team in the 2024 Davis Cup.

Souri replaced Mohammadreza Tavakoli in the position.

Team Melli will face their opponents in the 2024 Davis Cup World Group II play-off from June 10 to 15.

The twelve winners of this round will qualify for the 2024 Davis Cup World Group II while the twelve losers will play at the Group III of the corresponding continental zone.
