TEHRAN – The deputy head of Iran’s Construction and Development of Transportation Infrastructure Company announced that 180 kilometers of freeway is planned to be inaugurated by the end of current Iranian calendar year (March 20).

Milad Dousti, the deputy head of the company for construction and development of the country’s freeways, also said that 55-60 percent of investment in the country’s freeways is already made by the private sector, adding: “It is a noticeable figure, so we should try to attract investment to this sector through facilitating rules and regulations.”
