Noble Turkmen horse splendor festival makes debut in northeastern Iran

People celebrate the 1st regional festival of noble Turkmen horse splendor in the northeastern border village of Tazeh-Qaleh, September 16, 2016. The event was also observed in some other neighboring areas.
