TEHRAN -- A new group of inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency will visit Iran on Friday, an informed source told the Mehr News Agency on Tuesday.

The 4-member group is to carry out routine inspections of Iran’s nuclear activities especially monitoring nuclear work in the Natanz uranium enrichment complex and the Isfahan Uranium Conversion Facility (UCF), the source added.

The group is not scheduled to visit the Lavizan park, he said.

More than 2000 man-hours of inspections have been carried out at Iran’s nuclear sites over the past three years. Despite claims by Israel and the U.S., the inspections have not yielded any single evidence suggesting that Iran’s nuclear program has been diverted to a weapons program.
