TEHRAN – Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif plans to visit Turkey and Lebanon as part of his second round of trips around the Middle East region.

He is scheduled to arrive in Turkey on Tuesday before heading to Lebanon, Mehr news agency reported on Saturday.
Earlier in July, Zarif took his first round of regional trips after the successful conclusion of nuclear talks between Tehran and world powers and visited Qatar, Kuwait and Iraq.

Iran and the 5+1 group (the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany) finalized the text of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in Vienna on July 14.
