TEHRAN – The Turkish prime minister has said his country and Iran will propose “the best” solution to the Syrian conflict.

“No country knows the regional problems better than Iran and Turkey,” Binali Yildirim said on Tuesday, Anadolu Agency reported.

In another part of his speech, Yildirim thanked Iran for expressing support for the Turkish government amid the July 15 coup.
