TEHRAN – Hassan Rouhani’s presidential campaign chief has cautioned this year’s candidates against going to extremes.

“Let us not have extremism surround our country on all sides and make us face crises and major afflictions,” Mohammad Shariatmadari said on Monday, IRNA reported.

“Let us continue and not leave the work unfinished…. Growth, sublimation, and justice are some important building blocks of the Islamic Republic,” he stressed.
