‘No unauthorized trade on Iran-Azerbaijan border’

TEHRAN – Iran’s border guard commander, Qassem Rezaee, said on Sunday that there is no unauthorized trade on the borders of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Speaking on the sidelines of a joint session of Iran-Azerbaijan border, Rezaee said the two countries cooperate closely and because of that, illegal products cannot be transferred between Iran and Azerbaijan, IRNA reported

The two countries’ border guards have friendly ties and there’s no problem in common borders, the commander added.

He also praised the long history of Tehran-Baku relations.
