PHNOM PENH A top UN human rights official said on Friday there has been no sign of improvement in human rights in Cambodia. We haven't seen any sign of improvements (on human rights). That's a matter of concern, Thomas Hammarberg, special representative of the UN secretary general for human rights in Cambodia, told reporters upon arriving in Phnom Penh. Hammarberg said he would be in Cambodia for a week, collecting evidence which he will present to the United Nations General Assembly next month.
