TEHRAN -- Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki says that Iran serves as a perfect model for the developing countries and is ready to share its experiences with them.

Mottaki made the remarks at the International Donors and Investors Conference for East Sudan in Kuwait on Wednesday.
Mottaki added that Iran attaches special importance to Sudan as the largest African country, and one of the most influential member states of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, the Non-Aligned Movement, the Arab League and the African Union.
The existing problems in countries like Sudan are the ominous legacy of colonialism and contemporary policies of the former colonialist powers, the Iranian foreign minister noted.
Mottaki cited Sudan as a clear example of discriminatory approach adopted by certain international organizations in the areas of politics and economy and called for reform in the system dominating the international organizations.
He also called on Muslim nations to preserve unity
