VIENNA (IRNA) -- No one knows the context of the upcoming report on Iran by Director General of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed ElBaradei, an informed diplomat said on Wednesday.

""ElBaradei is most likely to release the confidential report later on Wednesday,"" the diplomat told IRNA on condition of anonymity.
Earlier in the day, media reported that the IAEA chief would release his latest report on Iran's nuclear program later on Wednesday or Thursday.
Based on the IAEA schedule, the director general's report has to be presented to the agency's Board of Governors seven or 10 days before they convene.
The report would never be disclosed to the public before the board's meeting.
""The report will be provided only for the members of the Board of Governors and it is not due to be simultaneously sent to the United Nations Security Council,"" the diplomat said.
He added that ElBaradei's two previous reports on Iran were sent to the UN Security Council as it was demanded by the body.
However, the diplomat said that the members of the UN Security Council would ""naturally see and study the report.""
