TEHRAN – The second conference on National Iranian Oil Engineering, the largest gathering of oil industry experts in Iran, was held on January 31 in the southwestern city of Ahwaz. The event was organized by National Iranian South Oilfields Company, the Oil Industry University and the Iranian Oil Engineers Association, Moj news agency reported.

Development of the oil and gas industry, establishment of a comprehensive data bank of the domestic oil engineers, introducing the state of the art technologies in this sector and providing the experts with an opportunity for sharing their experiences were the main objectives of the conference.
