TEHRAN – Iran LNG Company Managing Director Ali Kheirandish announced here on Friday that foreign investors eligible for the Iran LNG project will be introduced by early December.

Mehr News Agency quoted Kheirandish as saying that two Spanish and two Italian firms as well as some companies from Austria, Germany, Portugal, China, India, and the UAE have voiced their preparedness to invest in the project.
“Based on initial estimates, the Iran LNG project will attract over 5 billion dollars of foreign investment,” he said adding some 10 billion dollars is also needed to launch the upstream sector of the project
