Iran building new nuclear fuel production plant

TEHRAN - The director of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran has announced that the Islamic Republic is building a new nuclear fuel production plant.

In a new successful step, in line with its inalienable right to peaceful nuclear energy, the Islamic Republic of Iran has begun construction of another plant for enriching nuclear fuel, AEOI Director Ali Akbar Salehi said in a statement issued in Tehran on Friday.
The activities of the new facility, like the activities of the other Iranian nuclear facilities, are within the framework of the International Atomic Energy Agency safeguards, part of the statement read.
The AEOI congratulates Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and the Iranian nation on this great achievement, it added
