Iran futsal team invited to Belgium

TEHRAN - Iran futsal team has been invited to Brussels to hold two warm-up matches with Belgium in January 2010.

Belgium has been drawn in Group B along with Ukraine and Italy in the UEFA European Futsal Championship which will be held in Hungary from January 19 to 30. A total of 12 teams will participate in the competitions in Budapest and Debrecen.

The futsal committee of the Iran Football Federation has yet to send a reply to its Belgium counterpart. Italy and Slovenia have invited Iran to their countries as well
