TEHRAN – The third generation of Fateh 110 (Conqueror 110) missiles were test-fired successfully on Wednesday.
The domestically-manufactured missiles can hit the targets with a high precision, Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi told reporters on Wednesday.

Thus, the Armed Forces can dramatically increase their missile capabilities by employing this type of missiles, he noted.
On propaganda campaign by the West which tries to portray Iran’s technological military advances as a threat to regional countries, Vahidi said, “Our missiles are not connected to the regional countries”.
Iran also inaugurated twenty-eight electronic and telecommunications projects on Tuesday.
The production lines for two types of high-speed assault boats called Seraj 1 and Zolfaqar were also inaugurated on Monday.
On Sunday, the country also unveiled its new unmanned bomber, called the Karar.
The long-range Karar drone bomber, which was also tested after the unveiling, can fly at high speed and has a range of up to 1,000 kilometers.
The Qiam 1 (Uprising) missile was also launched and hit the mock target on Friday.
“The Qiam 1 missile is a new generation of the Islamic Republic’s surface-to-surface missiles, which uses liquid fuel and was entirely manufactured inside the country,” Vahidi said in Tehran shortly after the test
