Iran to promote national tourist attractions at Parisian expo

TEHRAN -- Iran will take part in the one of the largest conferences for tourism and travel professionals, the Top Resa Travel Market in Paris.

Iran will have a 104 meter stand at the 31st edition of event which will be held from September 21 to 24, the Iran Cultural Heritage and Tourism Exhibitions Company director told the Persian service of IRNA.
“The stand is located in the Middle East Section of the market and we will introduce 175 tourist destinations in Iran at the event,” Mohammad-Hossein Barzin added.
He went on to say that hotels, venues for holding exhibitions and events, and productions will also recommended to visitors.
Iran participated in the previous edition of the event last year, and CDs, catalogues and post cards for Iranian tourist attractions in English and French were distributed, he added.
Exhibitors at the event include airlines, hotels, serviced apartments, rail tour operators, car rental companies, online booking firms, business travel agents, air charter companies and airports.
