BIPC’s export value exceeds $245m in month

TEHRAN - The export value of Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company (BIPC) over the past Iranian month (May 21-June 20) surpassed $245.2 million showing over 5 percent increase in comparison with the figure for the same period last year.
During the mentioned period of time, about 246,245 tons of the BIPC’s petrochemical products were exported, PIN reported.Propane, butane, ethylene, pentane plus, parazylene, benzene and DPG constituted the lion’s share of the export commodities with propane and butane standing atop the BIPC’s export list.
Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company is one of the country’s petrochemical industry hubs with the capacity of producing 30 various products totaling 7 million tons a year.
