TEHRAN -- A complete French version of the Nahj-ul-Balagha of Imam Ali (AS) translated by French Muslim lady Haseena Ahmad Bin Abdulrahman was unveiled at the Nahj-ul-Balagha International Foundation in Qom.

Published by the foundation, the book was recently unveiled during a ceremony where Ms. Abdulrahman was honored with the academic medal of the foundation, the Persian service of Fars News Agency reported on Wednesday.
“Translation of Nahj-ul-Balagha into French was a matter of considerable concern by the foundation over the past 20 years, but we were unable to find a qualified person till we got to know Ms. Haseena Abdulrahman,” said director of the foundation Hojjatoleslam Jamaleddin Dinparvar.
The book has so far been translated into 20 languages, he said, adding, “In collaboration with the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO), the translation of Nahj-ul-Balagha into 12 more languages is underway,” he remarked.
