“One Day Full of Pain” crowned best doc at Skena Up festival

TEHRAN -- The Iranian documentary “One Day Full of Pain” was selected as the Best Documentary Film at the Skena Up International Students Film and Theater Festival.
Directed by Sattar Chamani-Gol, the film went on screen at the International Competition of the festival, which was held from December 3 to 10 in Pristina, Kosovo.The film narrates the story of an old man living in a Kurdish village in Iran who practices traditional osteopathy. He works with simple tools like cardboard, wood and textile and is critical of contemporary professionals.
The 20-minute documentary film, which is provided with English subtitles, is produced by Setak Film Company in Sanandaj.
