TEHRAN – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei ruled out as “sheer lie” in comments on Wednesday that a war with Iran was unavoidable if the nuclear deal had not been finalized, saying the real war is an “economic” one. 

“Real war is an economic one…” he told thousands of people in Tehran on Wednesday.
