TEHRAN – No one in Iran is seeking to root out the entire cyberspace, Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli said on Sunday, emphasizing that the goal of the country’s authorities is to organize cyberspace to better use its potentials and reduce social problems.

Rahmani Fazli pointed to a meeting with the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, saying the Leader had emphasized that the cyberspace should be organized and used properly to achieve goals, IRNA reported.

He also called on relevant government bodies to support cyber activists.
