TEHRAN – Three books from American children’s book writer Elise Parsley’s bestselling series “Magnolia Says Don’t” have been published in Persian in Tehran, publisher Mobtakeran announced on Monday.

Sara Qorbani is the translator of the series, which has been published with its original illustrations created by Parsley herself.

The three books are “If You Ever Want to Bring an Alligator to School, Don’t!”, “If You Ever Want to Bring a Piano to the Beach, Don’t!”, and “If You Ever Want to Bring a Circus to the Library, Don’t!”.

“If You Ever Want to Bring a Pirate to Meet Santa, Don’t!” is another book of the series.

The “Magnolia Says Don’t!” series is about Magnolia, “a charismatic kid who’s got a terrific knack for terrible ideas!,” as major U.S. bookselling company Barnes and Noble describes.
