A total of 12 wild birds, including golden eagles, sparrowhawks, kites, kestrels, and buzzards were released back into the wild by a local wildlife rescue station in Hamedan, Wednesday, June 8.

Hosting over 600 species of birds, Iran is a climatically rich country, so it is said that the number of bird species in Iran is higher than in the whole of Europe.
