TEHRAN A delegation from the German Organization of University Exchange Service (DAAD), Middle and Far East section, met and conferred with the chancellor and deputies of University of Science and Technology (UST).
During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on mutual cooperation on scientific and technical levels between Germany and Iran.
Chairman of the German delegation said this is the first visit to Iran's scientific and university centers by the delegation that seeks to establish relations with important universities in Iran.
Chancellor of UST, Az'hari, expressed hope that what is discussed in the meeting will turn into a practical program.
Az'hari said at present the UST has good resources for absorbing students from other countries.
