TEHRAN The deputy director of the Nour Pharmaceutical Emergency Center said that scarce drugs will soon be sold at day and night pharmacies to facilitate drug distribution.

Payam Dindoust added that with the addition of fifty new drugs to Iran's pharmacopoeia, the drugs will be available at the nearest day and night pharmacy.

He noted that in the past the government only allowed the pharmaceutical emergency centers to distribute scarce drugs, but now the distribution of drugs is more developed.

Dindoust said that more than eighty 24-hour pharmacies in Tehran Province are cooperating with this center.

He also added that lowering the price of drugs would eliminate the black market in illegal imported drugs.
