TEHRAN Yesterday's killing of an Israeli cabinet minister raised concerned voices in European countries with Prime Minister Tony Blair expressing regret and calling for "restraint" in the Middle East. All the expressions of grief come at a time when three Palestinian activists were killed consecutively in the last three days without any similar outcries from European officials.
