LONDON A woman has beaten odds of 500,000 to one by giving birth to her third set of twins, says a report here Tuesday.

The 34-year-old Lillian Hayman from Exeter gave birth to Michaela Jane and Samantha Louise at the royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, said the report, adding that she had her first set 14 years ago, IRNA reported.

Gabriele Downey, consultant obstetrician from city hospital Birmingham told the ****Daily Telegraph****: "The chance of having twins naturally is one in every 80 births, which means the chance of having three sets is 512,000 to 1 - less likely even than conceiving Siamese twins which is 400,000 to 1 in the UK."

Mrs. Hayman said: "I have no idea why I keep giving birth to twins. There have been twins on my mother's side of the family. But nothing like this. The twins are all close to each other. I think this is it now. I'm not having any more. We will need a coach to take them all out at this rate."

The twins' dad Shaun, 34, was also delighted, he said: "I'm the happiest man in the world. It's going to be hard work but we all get on well together and everybody helps out.

"I'm really proud. They are such beautiful girls. We'll be a bit short of room, but I'm sure we'll manage."
