BERLIN -- The film Bloody Sunday about violence in Northern Ireland and the Japanese animated film Spirited Away shared the honors for best picture at the Berlin Film Festival Sunday.

The British-Irish production ****Bloody Sunday**** is a Documentary style account of the deadly shooting of Northern Ireland civil rights marchers by British soldiers 30 years ago. It was directed by Paul Greengrass.

****Spirited Away**** (sento chihirono kamikakushi) is the story of 10-year-old Chihiro, who suddenly finds herself in a world of fantasy where she has to save her parents. It was directed by Hayao Miyazaki.
