TEHRAN -- The former representative of Sari, Mazandaran Province, in the Majlis Ezzatollah Damadi was killed in a car accident on Thursday.

His body was transferred to Sari to be buried there.

In another car accident on Thursday, five passengers were killed in a head-on collision between a truck and a minibus on Tehran-Qom road.

According to reports, another 21 passengers were also severely injured in the accident and rushed to hospital.
