Kuwait City Mayor Calls For Sister Cities Contract With Isfahan TEHRAN - In a meeting with the mayor of the historic city of Isfahan, the mayor of Kuwait City, Rozan Al-Rozan, has proposed that the two cities sign an agreement to become sister cities.

The two mayors also exchanged views on developing ties between the two cities during the meeting.
