TEHRAN - Thierry Meyssan, the French writer whose best-seller L'Effroyable Imposture (The Dreadful Imposture) stirred conspiracy theories over September 11 terror attacks believes that the White House is using the anti-terrorism campaign as a pretext to push forward its expansionist aspirations, while presenting no clear definition of what terrorism really means.
