TEHRAN- A broad coalition of prominent cultural and media figures in Iran issued a statement on Wednesday, denouncing U.S. interference in Iran's internal affairs and calling for national unity.

The statement framed the current geopolitical climate as a historical struggle between righteousness and arrogance, drawing parallels between the current U.S. administration and tyrannical figures from historical narratives.

It accused the U.S. President of embodying a modern amalgamation of ancient evils—"the pride of Nimrod, the tyranny of Pharaoh, the greed of Qarun, and the malice of Abu Sufyan." The text described him as a "savage wretch" and the "king of the land of Satan," whose actions are driven by an insatiable appetite for "killing, plundering, threatening, and boasting."

"The only real obstacle to the criminal American president's villainies across the globe today is the wise Leader and the resilient nation of Iran," the statement asserted, characterizing recent American threats and sanctions as a sign of desperation and "a futile effort to throw dust at the sun."

The signatories highlighted that the insult has backfired, serving to strengthen the "sacred unity" of the Iranian people and Muslims worldwide against a common adversary. They emphasized that national cohesion, centered on the leadership, remains an unshakeable pillar of Iranian identity and the key to past and future victories.

"This very unity was the secret to our nation's triumph during the 12-day war with the Zionist regime and will be the secret to our victory in this hybrid war with a bloodthirsty America," the statement read.

In a pointed warning, the cultural and media figures reminded the U.S. President of Iran's military responses to past aggressions. "Here is the land of those who have shattered the hollow grandeur of America... and put the hostile America in its place," they declared.

The statement concluded with a vow that the Iranian nation would confront any future threats with even greater resolve and authority, confident in its ultimate victory.
