What chances does the Cairo agreement on Gaza have of succeeding?

TEHRAN – Gaza’s residents are waiting eagerly for the genocide to come to an end and a sense of security prevail, but Israel’s refusal to compromise and the challenges of implementing the Cairo agreement make a quick breakthrough unlikely.
